Payment must be made in advance through our payment gateway. We accept payments via Paystack and other approved payment methods. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for unused SMS units, subject to our refund policy and applicable terms.
While we strive for 100% delivery success, we cannot guarantee delivery in all circumstances. Factors affecting delivery include:
